Hello my skincare lovely's!!!
The word skincare, which gained a lot of attention recently and paved way to a huge marketing with new brands and products coming every day. We all dream for a poreless, hydrated and glowing skin but it takes a little bit of effort to achieve that(No effort no gain😝). We research a lot about the products and try to purchase the best but when it comes to layering of that products???definitely the questions arises how to layer them to achieve best results......
Do not worry this girl is there just to help you out my love😀
So the layers goes like this-
1)Cleanser - so the first step is cleansing. Even though you couldn't see it with your eyes but yes there will be dirt accumulated on your skin or if you are a person who wear's makeup then that just clogs your pores and leads to break outs if not cleansed well.
I suggest using a oil based cleanser as it breaks down down the makeup and removes dirt easily form your face.
My picks are simple hydrating cleansing oil and if you don't want oil cleanser then go for Banila co clean it cleansing balm.
2)Foaming wash - Do not forget to double cleanse as even you have removed all makeup there will be tiny particles of dust left out so try some foaming wash face like CeraVe foaming facial cleanser or Goodvibes foaming cleanser.
3)Toner - As we have done a lot of cleansing we need to recover the PH levels of skin so toner comes for rescue. Just take small amount of toner in your palm and pat it on your face.
My picks are Grape Seed & Sea Buckthorn Nutri-plenish Face Mist and I'm from rice toner.4)Essence/Serum - Basically essence and serum are a bit similar but essence will have high concentrate of single ingredient. So if u have any specific skin related issues like acne or pigmentation go with essence that solve the problem. If not then go with serum and my picks are Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum and Purito Centella Green Level Buffet Serum.
5)Sheet mask - Now I don't recommend to use sheet mask every day but using them once or twice a week or when your skin feels extremely dry , it will definitely be beneficial as one sheet mask can give you the hydration which one serum bottle contains. My favorite to go masks are mediheal hask and face shop mask.
6)Eye Cream - Now the skin under our eye is the most sensitive which needs additional care. So invest in a good eye cream that keeps away wrinkles and dark circles. some of best eye creams are Aroma magic under eye gel and Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery.
7)Moisturizer - The important step of whole skincare. just as our body needs water for hydration even our skin needs hydration to look healthy and plum. Use creams which contains hyaluronic acid or glycerine which works on your skin to make it look healthy. My picks are belif moisturizer and clinique moisture surge.
8)Anti aging cream - i recommend you to incorporate anti aging creams to your skincare routine in late 20's(after 26/27 years). Even though your skin looks good in late 20's but that's actually when it starts to age so adding a anti aging product slow down the process of aging. i recommend to invest in a better creams like Estee lauder advanced night repair or Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream.
9)Sunscreen - Be it day or night UV rays always effects your skin. So always use a sunscreen which has atleast spf 30 and PA+++. Re'equil and purito has some good sunscreen's.
10)Lipbalm - Not but not the least do not forget lipbalm. Hydrate the lips well so that it doesn't look chappy and dry in morning. Nivea and Vaseline stands best when it comes to lip products.
These many steps😱😱😱......I know this would be your reaction but there is no rule that all the 10 steps must be followed just use the products which your skin needs and create simple and effective routine. Don't forget to exfoliate your face at least once a week(physical or chemical exfoliate which ever suit your skin)
That's it with the skin care......easy and simple right😁
Hope this article helped you....
keep smiling....
Be healthy....
